TLNET Kids Technotown: Special Effects and Robots

IMG_0534 Today we are at Technotown learning about special effects in films and building robots! What fun and what vocabulary we are building too!!  Special effects, blue screen, fast, slow, robots, robotics, left, right, forward, reverse. Today is Art day!! We went to the Banksy exhibit in Rome!! We talked about graffiti and learned about the artist and also his inspiration from Andy Worhol. English in the city Day2/5 Pool

Today we are spending the day at the tennis club in EUR. We decorated our T-shirts and hats, went Swimming. Then we had lunch, after lunch we had our daily English lesson and journal writing session. We played frisbee today and made rubberband bracelets too! We talked about animals in the Zoo because tomorrow we’ll be at the zoo.


Back to Rome Day 9-10/10

Today we traveled back to Rome!! Thanks New York and Boston it was real fun!!


NYC Day 8/10 Brooklyn Bridge

Today we walked the Brooklyn Bridge. The pictures speak for themselves. We learned vocabulary about “crossing a bridge” going through a tunnel and taking the subway. A fine way to enjoy a day in New York!     For motivation you have to have cheesecake at Juniors😉  


Boston Day 4/10

Today we walked the Freedom Trail til learn about some American Revolution history. This is a great walk to see the historical landmarks of the Birth of the USA. We learned about various patriots, saw the place of the Boston Massacre and meeting houses where we planned the events like the Boston Tea Party. After our 5+ Km walk we headed back to the

Boston Day 3/10

Today we woke up and got ready to head to Boston by Amtrack Train.  We arrived at our hotel and then went for a walk to Boaton Commons. NYC Day 2/10

Today We walker in Central Park then got breakfast at a NY deli, bagles and cream cheese. Then we went to Lincoln Center to see the Opera theater, NY philharmonic and the famous Julliard School for Performing Arts. NYC Day 1/10

Today we woke up very early(jet lag) and took advantage of the cool morning to walk in Central Park! Then we had breakfast in a NY diner. Omelets, home fries and toast and American coffee!! Summer week #1 Sabaudia 2015
