TLNET Kids Technotown: Special Effects and Robots

IMG_0534 Today we are at Technotown learning about special effects in films and building robots! What fun and what vocabulary we are building too!!  Special effects, blue screen, fast, slow, robots, robotics, left, right, forward, reverse. Warming up our English for the new school year!!!!        


Fregene Fun Day 5/5 Pokemon Go!

Today is the last day in Fregene. We finished our summer homework, went swimming, played bingo, go fish, and then looked for Pokemon 😉 it was a great last day together.


Carving a Pumpkin TLNET KIDS STYLE

Yesterday was our first day of “Carving pumpkins for Halloween.” The main objective in this lesson is in alignment with the Cambridge exams in following directions. First we read about “How to Carve a Pumpkin.” Then we follow the steps. We add our own recipe as well “Roasting the Pumpkin Seeds,” for a healthy snack. Then we write the process in our own words.

Summer in the City Day 3 The Zoo

Today we went to the Zoo to learn the names of the animals in English. We took the tram 24 stops to get to the zoo (we counted on the way). Then we had our snack upon arrival, looked at a helicopter, bought our tickets and went inside. We saw the Giraffes as soon as we entered and then we took a little train

Picnic in the Park

Come and join us tomorrow with tons of fun in the Sun!!! We’ll be having relay races, making lemonade and rubber band bracelets. We’ll be singing songs, playing BINGO, pictionary, hangman and charades. Come and see what TLNET Kids English courses are all about!!!
